La Vista, NE – January 16, 2023 – It’s the moment coffee lovers in Papillion have been waiting for: Coffee Society Cafe is opening its doors this Saturday, January 21st! Located at 10748 Virginia Plz (108th and Giles Rd), this one-of-a-kind spot is bringing together freshly brewed coffee, delectable food items, and a comfortable atmosphere to create a truly unique cafe experience.
Coffee Society Cafe has something for everyone whether you need a caffeine fix or an afternoon snack. Our expansive selection of quality drinks features espresso classics like macchiatos and cappuccinos alongside teas, Italian sodas, and fruit smoothies. On the food side, our kitchen is serving up pastries, salads, sandwiches, and more—all made with carefully selected, fresh ingredients and crafted to order. Plus, we have a drive-thru so you can enjoy any of our items on the go.

Coffee Society Cafe (CSC) is a specialty coffee shop and cafe in La Vista, NE. Our shop was created out of a need for unique, health-forward food and beverage options in the Sarpy County area. CSC also wanted to create a space that focused as much on relationships, community, and infusing joy into every day as we did our ingredients. “Oftentimes, specialty coffee and health foods can be something seen as so serious and sometimes stuffy. We wanted to create a welcoming space focused on quality and fun.” states Amanda Hebner, Owner of Coffee Society Cafe.
Our coffee shop is woman-owned and majority woman-operated. Throughout the entire process, we also prioritized working with other women entrepreneurs from the chef who helped develop our menu to our vendors like Hardy Coffee, Artemis Tea, It’s All About Bees, and Bella Bread.

Our Coffee
Coffee Society partnered with Hardy Coffee, a local Omaha coffee shop and roaster, and will proudly brew their coffee beans. Hardy prioritizes not only the passion for specialty coffee but also the shared value in the community. “We make every menu item intentionally, with you in mind—to fuel the difference-makers of our city and to partner with wholesale accounts across the region to do the same for the communities they know and love.” states Autumn Pruitt, Hardy Coffee.
